Many of our patients ask whether exercise is safe or beneficial during stimulation. Although many sources recommend decreasing activity during stimulation, there are little to no data to support that recommendation.

Who can join?
You may be able to join if...
- You are over the age of 18
- You plan to complete ovarian stimulation for the first time for IVF or egg freezing
You can't join if...
- You have a heart or joint condition where increased physical activity is not recommended
